I went for a run yesterday around noon and hadn’t had much of a breakfast in the morning so I needed some serious nutrients after my intense workout. Thus was developed a delishhhh smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 cups unsweetened original almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Marley Coffee Raw protein powder
- 1 scoop chocolate greens powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup brewed coffee
Method
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend away! Mine turns out pretty liquid-y but if you want a thicker smoothie just subtract some of the almond milk.
